Thank you for booking a Vasi's International Gymnastics Birthday Party!

We want each party to enjoy their experience here, so please read the following thoroughly:

*Parties are 1 ½ hours long. Parties are booked back to back, so as a courtesy to the party after you, we ask that you make sure the parents are aware of the END time of the party and that you are running on schedule.

*You may decorate with balloons, streamers, etc., but please take down what you put up at the end of your party. Sorry, but Pinatas of any kind are not allowed.

*If you wish to, you may bring in or have pizza delivered or offer snacks before the cake.

*We will provide you with "birthday themed" paper goods and set the tables. If your child has a specific theme they want, you must provide your own. If we are providing plates, let us know if you require pizza plates too. We will clean off the table and take out the trash at the end of your party too.

*Please call us 2-3 days in advance to let us know how many children have RSVP'd Yes and how many did not respond. Balances will be calculated at the end of the gym portion of the party, you will only be charged for the children that attend. Payment is expected the day of the party.

*You may come in the gym and take pictures/video of the party. Just kick off your shoes and join us. Children 3 and under MUST be accompanied/supervised by an adult in the gym at all times.
