Mom and Tots:
Parent participation with child age 20 months through-3 years or
when they are ready to be in class independently.
Your toddler will learn REAL basic gymnastics skills and terminology in fun ways:
and obstacle courses and trampolines. Week after week, your toddlers confidence
increases as they master each skill and realize they can do more on
their own. Each class incorporates trampolines, pit fun and either our gigantic slide
or bouncer/slide combo.
3 year olds and 4/5 year olds Ages three
and four/five. Your
pre-school or kindergarten age child will learn and enhance their real gymnastics skills
through obstacle courses and different stations. At this point they will
also start to truly master the terminology. Each class incorporates
trampolines, pit fun and either our gigantic slide
or bouncer/slide combo.
2-Hour Drop Off
Drop off your preschool age child so you can get
some extended "me" time to run errands, do housework or just pamper yourself!
Your child will get a regular 50-60 minute class, snack time, craft or story time, open gym and
inflatable time, etc. Children must be AT LEAST 3 years old and potty trained.
Level 1 4/5 year old
This class is structured just like our Level 1 Co-Ed recreational
classes in the evenings. but is strictly for the 4 or 5 year old who has
already mastered the preschool classes. Classes start with a warm-up followed by three
rotations to different events. Children typically have to be recommended to be
in this class.
6 and up and strictly for the child with NO experience to learn the basics at a
slower pace than the Level 1 class. If
you cannot make it to one of the times offered, any level 1 class will be an
Level 1 Co-Ed
Beginner) Typically ages 6 and up. This class is for kids moving up from preschool classes,
or any child who has only very limited gymnastics skills. They will learn
proper technique for basic skills and gymnastics terminology and then start building
on those skills.
1 hour (Intermediate Class)- Children must be able to perform basic skills
well and know basic gymnastics terminology to advance to this level.
You child may need to be evaluated to start in this class.
1.5 Hours (Advanced Class)- Children must be able to perform intermediate skills and know the terminology for those skills in order to advance to this level.
You child will need to
be evaluated to start in this class.
1 Hour of tumbling only-cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, fulls, ...whatever skills your child is working on.
Adult Strength and Cardio
Utilize our facility and coaches knowledge of training elite athletes to help
you get some cardio and strength in your routine in a non-routine way. This is
NOT a gymnastics class. Sign up for one or two days per week.
